About Dr. Paggeot
I am a licensed clinical psychologist working in the Ann Arbor area. When I am not seeing clients, I occasionally teach psychology courses at Eastern Michigan University. I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Eastern Michigan University.
I am passionate about helping you build a life worth living. With extensive experience in settings ranging from veterans' hospitals to college counseling centers, I bring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and third-wave behavioral approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, depression, sleep issues, and relationship challenges. I take pride in providing my clients with the understanding and the tools necessary to enhance their own well-being long after our relationship has concluded.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I invite you to schedule a consultation, take a free self-assessment, use one of my audio exercises, or explore other resources. Together, we can navigate the path to well-being.
Specializing in Evidence-Based Individual and Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
I have experience and training with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Although my clinical interests are broad, I particularly enjoy helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, chronic nightmares, emotional dysregulation, and relationship distress.
Couples Therapy
I offer couple's therapy to couples with many struggles, including conflict over finances and parenting, trauma secondary to infertility or miscarriage, substance use, and difficulties with communication or intimacy. I will meet with both partners together and separately before discussing a treatment plan with both partners.
Group Therapy and Workshops
I periodically offer time-limited group therapy sessions, as well as educational workshops on a variety of topics. To sign up, please follow the link below or go to the Treatments page.

Update: All workshops and groups are postponed until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
I offer clinical supervision services to TLLPs, LLPs, and DLLPs in need of supervision. My supervision style is flexible, supportive, and grounded in evidence, with an emphasis on helping supervisees develop an ethical and effective presence and professional identity. Please contact me directly if you are a psychologist in need of supervision for more information.
