Specializing in Evidence-Based Individual and Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
Couples Therapy
I have experience and training with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Although my clinical interests are broad, I particularly enjoy helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, chronic nightmares, borderline personality disorder, emotional dysregulation, and relationship distress.
I offer couple's therapy to couples with many struggles, including conflict over finances and parenting, trauma secondary to infertility or miscarriage, substance use, and difficulties with communication or intimacy. I am a PAIRS-certified provisional instructor and I am trained in both integrative and behavioral couple's therapy. I will meet with both partners together and separately before discussing a treatment plan with both partners.
Psychological Assessments
I offer in-depth psychological assessments to provide a clearer understanding of your experiences and to guide your treatment in the most effective way possible. These evaluations are more detailed than a standard intake evaluation by using an individualized set of evidence-based assessment measures to assess your current functioning, symptoms, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to identify not only areas of difficulty, but also your personal strengths and resources, so that you leave with a fuller, more balanced picture of yourself.

The results of your assessment are used to develop personalized recommendations that are tailored to your unique profile. This may include clarifying or refining diagnoses, identifying specific treatment approaches that are most likely to be effective, and offering practical strategies to support you in your daily life.

Psychodiagnostic assessments can be especially helpful when there is uncertainty about a diagnosis, when treatment has not been as effective as hoped, or when a clearer direction is needed to guide the next steps in therapy.
