Specializing in Evidence-Based Individual and Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
Couples Therapy
I have experience and training with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Although my clinical interests are broad, I particularly enjoy helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, chronic nightmares, borderline personality disorder, emotional dysregulation, and relationship distress.
I offer couple's therapy to couples with many struggles, including conflict over finances and parenting, trauma secondary to infertility or miscarriage, substance use, and difficulties with communication or intimacy. I am a PAIRS-certified provisional instructor and I am trained in both integrative and behavioral couple's therapy. I will meet with both partners together and separately before discussing a treatment plan with both partners.
Group Therapy and Workshops
I occasionally offer group therapy sessions and educational workshops for a variety of concerns and difficulties.

ACT for Anxiety Group:
The ACT for Anxiety group is a 14 week, structured therapy group using concepts and skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (click here for a description of ACT) to address symptoms of anxiety. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is aimed at helping you live a rich, full, and meaningful life. ACT works by helping you to clarify what a rich and satisfying life looks like for you, and helping you to find new ways of managing the fears, anxieties, and worries that get in the way. ACT is especially helpful for those who have already gone through treatment for their anxiety or trauma, but who continue to experience some symptoms or struggle with rebuilding their lives.
The group is suitable for a wide range of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, trauma, specific phobias, and social anxiety, and is also suitable for those who have depression in addition to their anxiety. If you are unsure if the group would be a good fit for you, please reach out to Dr. Paggeot.
Please note: The group is currently on hold; this page will be updated when a new group start date is established.

Rewarding Relationships Workshop:
The Rewarding Relationships workshop is typically taught as a 3-day weekend PAIRS Essentials workshop for couple's communication skills and enhanced relationship satisfaction. In light of the current pandemic, the PAIRS Essentials workshop (please click the link for the complete workshop syllabus) will be conducted virtually and live on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. The next workshop is scheduled for March 2021, from 3/3/21 through 3/24/21.
The workshop will focus on providing education and practical, proven skills to improve communication and satisfaction for couples in committed relationships. Couples will be taught a variety of skills and techniques for enhancing connection and intimacy, even in times of stress; to express concerns and complaints in a fair and clear way; to deepen and sustain their love for one another; and to successfully resolve conflict and address hurts quickly. The PAIRS Essentials workshops are internationally-renowned and have been used within the VA Healthcare system for many years as a research-supported, effective method to enhance communication and connection between partners, even in the course of a single weekend.
The workshop is an effective way to kickstart a deeper course of couple's work, as well as to refresh and revitalize skills even after other couple's work has been completed. The workshop is appropriate for couples with a wide range of needs and relationship styles, with the exception of relationships where interpersonal violence or safety threats are a concern. LGBTQ+ couples are welcome and safe at our workshops.
An early registration discount applies up until 7 weeks prior to the start of the workshop; the fee until that date is $360 per couple. The fee to register after this is $390 per couple. Fees include your participant workbook and wallet cards; please register at least a week in advance to allow for shipping of the workbook prior to the start of the series. We do offer special discounts for students, Veterans, and fellow mental health professionals. Please complete the form below to register for this workshop, and indicate which of the upcoming dates you would like to register for:
