Several of the methodologies used by Dr. Paggeot incorporate mindfulness training and skills.  Below are links to websites and mindfulness exercises that clients may find useful.

This website contains links to several mindfulness exercises that are variants of exercises utilized by Dr. Paggeot, most notably the Mindfulness of Thoughts and Feelings exercise, the Leaves on a Stream exercise, and the Mindfulness of Anxiety exercise.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

​

1(800) 273-8255 - The Lifeline also has a specialty line for Veterans, just dial 1 after this number.  The Lifeline website also contains phone numbers for those who are Deaf or hard-of-hearing, as well as web chat and text lines for those who are not in a position to be able to speak out loud. 

 

Note: You do not need to be immediately suicidal to reach out to the Lifeline, and they accept phone calls from concerned friends and family members as well.  

Borderline Personality Disorder resources

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) can be a difficult and confusing diagnosis to receive, and can be just as confusing for family, friends, and loved ones.  This is complicated by misinformation found in some corners of the web.  Below are some resources to help both sufferers and loved ones begin to make sense of the disorder, and to understand the path to healing.
